Furniture business Neptune has reported a growth in both turnover and profits.
According to its latest filed accounts for the year ended 30 September 2019, total sales rose 0.6% to £48m from £47.7m in 2018.
UK sales, which represents the majority of revenues, inched up 0.2% to £41.7m from £41.6m, while sales outside the UK increased 3.2% to £6.3m from £6.1m.
Neptune also recorded an increase in pre-tax profit by 3.1% from £639,000 to £659,000 year-on-year.
Stated within its report, the company said it continued to invest in key leadership areas within its processes and systems, adding that it maintains committed to delivering its ‘whole home concept’.
