Family furniture business Dzine Furniture Hire International has offered its stock to hospitals to help fight against coronavirus.
The business has supplied a number of sofas, chairs and tables to Leighton Hospital in Cheshire, as well as reaching out to NHS trusts and temporary coronavirus hospitals such as the NEC Nightingale to offer donations.
The move follows an influx of order cancellations due to Covid-19 and decided to donate the furniture to offer its support to the NHS.
Dzine is offering a complete delivery and set-up service for chairs, tables, waiting area furniture, office and boardroom furniture, illuminated mood furniture and logistics solutions.
Betsy Vickery, managing director of Dzine, said in a statement: “Our own business has been hit hard by the cancellation of events across the UK and Europe since February.
“Our furniture is currently just sitting in our warehouse and we really want it to be put to good use. The entire company have all volunteered their time to support this initiative, which makes me immensely proud.”
