Danish furniture brand BoConcept has launched a virtual in-store experience while its stores remain closed.
BoConcept, which operates franchise stores worldwide including the UK, has gone live with a virtual in-store experience allowing users to view the showroom, ask questions and look at the products in 3D.
The business is also offering virtual design services through Skype, Zoom and other video-conferencing apps for customers who need to speak to a member of the design team.
“All our design pieces are marked with a yellow sticker which lets you find out more about our products. Click on the link indicated and personalise the products according to your taste directly on our online store, which is open 24 hours a day,” BoConcept said.
“Our store teams and interior designers are available to answer your questions and support you with your Interior challenges large or small.”
